Dosage ratio and packaging

Construction method

Surface treatment
The anti-corrosion effect of paint depends not only on the quality of the paint itself, but also on the treatment and construction quality of the substrate. Before painting, the remaining coating film, rust, oil, dirt, oxide scale, etc. on the substrate should be completely removed.

Specific requirements
Use shot blasting or sand blasting to remove rust, and the quality should reach grade (B—).
If manual rust removal is used, the quality should reach grade (B-).
Before painting, oil, dust and other impurities on the surface should be removed. The cleaned steel plate should be painted in time to prevent it from rusting again.

Paint Mixing
Stir the paint thoroughly before use. After stirring evenly, pour Part B into Part A, mix evenly, and let it mature for twenty minutes before use. If the amount of paint is small, components A and B can be prepared in proportion.

Painting
The paint roller spraying method can be used for construction. If dilution is needed, special diluent can be added. During construction, try to ensure that the coating is evenly thin and thick, without leakage or sagging and reaches the specified thickness. It can be applied every hour under normal temperature conditions.
Notes
The paint contains organic solvents. The construction site must be well ventilated, open flames are strictly prohibited, and explosion-proof lights must be used for lighting.
Please store paint in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
Take precautions when working, and the working time should not be too long.
